Our History and Experience
TMG is a dynamic, specialist IT company established in June 2006 after the core management team - with over 20 years of experience each - decided a fresh approach to delivering solutions was well overdue.
We now have the capability to deliver a broad range of consultancy services, using experienced
professionals who have a wealth of expertise and industry knowledge, gained across a broad range of client engagements in Australia and abroad.

Identifying “low hanging fruit” to get momentum and excitement around a project is very important. FULVIO INSERRA - MANAGING DIRECTOR
A strong advocate of building and delivering solutions that specifically meet the
requirements of target markets (not a one size fits all approach). He is not afraid to challenge traditional views and approaches to the way IT solutions are developed, lifecycle managed and their direct impact on business operations. Having worked in organisations including Telstra, BHP and a number of IT service providers, he has vast experience in the areas of midrange/workgroup platforms, strategic planning, policy development and implementation. He wants to make a difference – that’s how TMG evolved.
- Experienced in managing the build and lifecycle management of large IT multi-million dollar infrastructure projects including consolidation, desktop and mobility.
- Believes key issues that many organisations are facing:
- Spiralling IT infrastructure costs and inability to meet SLA's and business demands; and the resistance from IT departments to change their approach to dealing with this.
- Information accessibility and dealing with different user communities. Business is now compromised of staff, contractors, outsourcers and other partners that need to collaborate both in and outside the office environment. Policies, procedures and standards need to be revamped – big time!
