| ITSM / CRM Technical Specialist |
TMG are looking for a customer-focused, well rounded ITSM or CRM expert with a minimum of 5 years experience scoping and developing IT Service Management and/or Customer Relationship Management solutions. The ability to converse in business terms and document requirements will be a distinct advantage but we really want to utilise your technical expertise and strong communication skills. Our core technology is based on the iET Solution set (www.iet-solutions.com). Experience in this technology will be highly regarded. ITIL Certification preferred. |
