Our Approach
Define the Current State (baseline)
- High level discovery of what the current pain points (perceived and real) – cost, performance, reliability
- Document the current state – from existing documentation and validation
- Identify key stakeholders – business and IT to ensure all requirements are gathered , prioritised and qualified
- Review current Service and Operational Level Agreements between IT and the business
Define the Target State
