The Mastermind Group (TMG), offers its corporate customers and their end-users (collectively known as "Subscribers"), the Mastermind Ideas and Initiative Planning System (MiPS) as a means to assist in improving their planning and implementation of Information Technology related projects.
To ensure the appropriate use of this Software as a Service (SaaS) application, TMG has developed an Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP"), which supplements and explains certain terms of each subscriber's respective service agreement and is intended as a guide to the subscriber's rights and obligations when using MiPS and related TMG services. This AUP may be revised, without notice, at any time, at the sole discretion of TMG and subscribers notify accordingly.
It is the subscribers' responsibility to ensure that they comply with the latest edition of the AUP at any given time.
We have adopted a philosophy that assumes the honesty and good intent of our subscribers, therefore MiPS is provided in as unrestricted a manner as possible to allow the richest application experience possible.
In the event of a breach of this policy, TMG reserve the right to terminate the service with immediate effect, without recompense and delete any files held on our MiPS servers.
As Network Administrators, TMG reserve the right to monitor any or all traffic directly generated by MiPS at any time and for whatever reason at our sole discretion without notice or notification as we may deem appropriate.
MiPS Accounts
- Login names and passwords must be kept secret and not be communicated to any third party. For ease of use, TMG recommends that accounts created in MiPS follow the same format as corporate internal accounts or email addresses to minimise support issues arising from people forgetting their user Ids and passwords. TMG must be notified immediately if they are compromised. If someone were to gain access to your account password, they could tamper with your data. If you change your password, please keep a note of it as TMG staff cannot gain access to changed passwords but is able to reset them.
- Standard accounts are for a single user only. Users may only have one MiPS account but may have several roles defined within MiPS.
