Fulvio Inserra - Managing Director.  Founded TMG in 2006.  He is a passionate individual and a a strong advocate of building and delivering solutions that specifically meet the requirements of target markets (not a one size fits all approach). He is not afraid to challenge traditional views and approaches to the way IT solutions are developed, lifecycle managed and their direct impact on business operations.Having worked in organisations including Telstra, BHP and a number of IT service providers, he has vast experience in the areas of midrange & workgroup platforms, strategic planning, policy development and implementation. He wants to make a difference – that’s how TMG evolved.  He currently is also acting in the Role of Head of Service Delivery where is passion is evident in his commitment to delivering projects on time and exceeding customer expectations.  He has built a team of like-minded individuals, committed to successful outcomes for our clients and our company


Mike Jones – Head of Business Operations & Development.   Mike works closely with the Managing Director to set the strategic direction for TMG and to ensure we implement mature systems and processes in our own business (as well as our clients).

He is an experienced and dedicated Software Licensing and IT Asset Management specialist, is meticulous in everything he does, understands the complexities facing organisations, and is passionate about deriving maximum value from IT Assets. Mike joined TMG in 2008 and is not afraid of a challenge, clients love Mike’s commitment to them, and the benefits that can be realised with ITAM, and he derives pleasure in seeing our clients’ internal IT/ITAM teams be successful.


Sandy Vouch – Senior Account Executive.  Sandy started her career in IT in 1999, working with leading specialist software companies before joining Gartner for 5 years.  From there, Sandy specialised in Software Licensing with a multinational License Solution Partner, advising clients on the intricacies of licensing with the major vendors, and preparing and presenting cost effective licensing solutions. 

Sandy joined TMG in 2014 in business development and customer management.  She is passionate about taking the headache away from software license management and tying ITAM back to quantifiable business value, she thrives on getting the best result for the client and enjoys making sense of the licensing quagmire.  Clients enjoy her commitment to finding the right solution for right now, her honesty and her drive to find a win-win solution.  She enjoys good relationships with her clients and holds the respect of the vendors.


Keiren Tilbrook – Lead Consultant.   Keiren has more that 20 years experience in the industry in a variety of roles including people and project management, technical subject matter expert and sales.  He is at his best when providing technical and business program leadership. His business acumen and broad infrastructure and service knowledge allows him to immediately add value in consulting engagements.
